Assist Planner to manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, Third-Party-Agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns or promotions

Assist Planner to implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL as in their requirements, timeliness, and deliverables.

Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills

Assist Planner to research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

Assist Planner to brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

Prior exposure and experience in KOL management, social media, and/or digital marketing preferred

Fast learner with excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills

Assisting various strategic marketing projects by ensuring the smooth and timely execution of KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) campaigns and projects

Generate new ideas and drive marketing campaigns/projects

Coordinating with internal teams on delivering marketing strategy and execution

Regular monitoring of campaigns and reviewing against key performance marketing metrics

Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platform to quantify trends and inspiration for a brand campaign

Create influencer strategies aligned with client targets

Build a relationship with influencers to execute digital brand activations and branded content campaigns

Conduct and track KOL related-project

Passionate in digital and social media industry

Good personality and willing to learn

Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritise and display robust time management skills.

KOL and Community Management Internship

As a KOL and Community Management Internship, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

Strong administration skills. Submit timely reports, prepare presentations and proposals as assigned. Keep good track of records and online data.

Enthusiast in beauty/personal care industry and have a good negotiation skill.

Target KOL to specific audiences and look for KOL that is in demand

Coordinate with influencers and content to ensure that their work meets company standards

Maintain relationships with partner and KOL that work closely to achieve company's target

Maintain all of the administrative documents including payment, contract, document filing, and the data tracking
