Content Strategy & Communication Officer

Job Summary

• The Content Strategy and Communication Officer provides strategy to conceptualize and brand Field Solutions (FS) team’s activity and manages technical data visualization. This position will report to Head of FS Southeast Asia and Pakistan (SEAP) and perform coordination and operation support to respective countries.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Sharing newsletter on agreed timeline and build strategy to enhance engagement through it.
• Support FS SEAP events
• Liaise with associated functions for business related activity. E.g. VISA for business travel, create credit settlement report, medical reimbursement process
• Prepare meetings and agenda for SEAP leadership team
• Business Support for Head of FS SEAP
• Monitor country activities and do follow up with related team member for activity documentation
• Perform coordination with SEAP country leads and members, conceptualize overall content for SEAP newsletter, communicate with vendor to create layout and full designs and ensure it is aligned with Bayer standards
• Align and integrate country activity to SEAP calendar
• Prepare and arrange meetings for Head of FS SEAP
• Coordination and Communication FS SEAP
• Content Strategy for FS SEAP
• Liaise and do follow up of assigned tasks to meet projects timeline

Who You Are

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Graduate of BS Agriculture or related disciplines is preferred

Experience & Knowledge

• High level of professionalism
• Well organized; keen on detail
• Resource and Site Management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; monitor data and metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills
• Able to visualize and communicate data findings
• Ability to work well independently as in a team
• General knowledge of Agriculture and Crop Protection products
• Goal oriented and hardworking individual determined to succeed.
