Area Sales Supervisor Jawa Barat

Responsibilities:

• Manage tests to detect and fix problems to make necessary improvements.
• Market analysis, competitive and trending cosmetic data to create products that meet and exceed today's industry standards.
• Conduct product performance analysis.
• Create, maintain, and adjust product line-level strategies and production schedules.
• Responsible for collecting data and ideas in conceptualizing both new and existing products to develop company products.
• Define product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning.
• Monitor the product throughout the product life cycle.
• Collect customer feedback to further improve the product.
• Communicating the product vision to the product sales and marketing team to gain market share of the product.
• Coordinate with respective teams regarding product launches.
• Balancing customer requirements and stakeholder-defined constraints.
• Create product requirements for engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to improve existing features.

Requirements:

• Highly passionate in developing cosmetic products.
• Willing to be placed in Jawa Barat
• Education background at least Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Experienced at least 2 years specialized in Product Development or equivalent, preferably from reputable cosmetics industry.
• Having strong analytical thinking, marketing sense, market research, data analytics and presentation skill.
