Managing operational aspect as Partner Engagement Assistant Manager for Semarang, including but not limited to:

Create plans to manage supply at the healthy level, including Driver visibility and attribute selling.

Offer guidance and support to users, ensuring they have a seamless experience and can fully maximize their recycling efforts.

Maintain accurate records of community engagement efforts and report on key metrics to the UCOllect management team.

Training and support from the noovoleum team to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Act as a passionate and knowledgeable advocate for our UCOllect Solution within your community.

Initiate and lead engaging discussions to educate individuals about the benefits of recycling used cooking oil.

Gather feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community to help improve the UCOllect app and user experience.

• Knowledge and experience implementing environmental and social performance standards (ex IFC, FSC, CCB).

• Guide project site community development managers with implementation of community engagement processes and FC’s ESMS system.

• Guide community development managers on the implementation of M&E processes and implementation of ESMS

• Facilitate and manage partnerships with local NGOs as necessary to ensure quality program delivery.

• Provide technical and logistical support for community development managers and officers if required.

• 8 years of professional experience, preferably working with forest-dependent communities.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in community engagement, social media management, or a related role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices.

Manage the organization's social media presence and create compelling content.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Having political knowledge and interest is a plus.

Collaborate with the team to develop community engagement strategies aligned with project goals and values.
