Community Engagement Specialist (All Around Indonesia)

• Engage with reseller communities in their area with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping, and co-learning within these communities
• Act as a brand ambassador and represent Evermos who encourage the community through Komunitas Belajar Bisnis by Evermos to achieve its goals (earn maximum income through Evermos)
• Manage calendar events, project timelines, and event budgets.
• Develop reseller coordinator capabilities in developing their community to be a productive community
• Able to strategies reseller acquisition to build new community in area together with reseller coordinator

Job Requirements

• Willing to be placed in the designated area
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
• Have many acquaintances, especially in UMKM, Campus, PKK, and the local community
• A ‘people person’ with great communication skills and highly customer-focused
• Able to work in the field and willing to travel within their region
