Job Description
This position helps manage users in our WhatsApp and Telegram community. Ensure that each user understands about the existence of a cashback program, is interested in participating in the cashback program. Therefore it takes someone who is active and has experience managing the community
Key Responsibility
  • Collect and provide solutions to problems from users
  • Manage response performance data
  • Managing user journey to make it more efficient
  • Reply to customer chats on WhatsApp
Requirements
  • Preferably have experience managing community
  • Creative and active
  • Business Major Student
  • Ability to conversation in english
  • Attention to detail and have ability to mulittask
  • Having passion in the ecommerce industry
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast paced enviroment
  • Proficient computer skill, including microsoft office (excel,powerpoint,word)
