Responsibilities

1. Collecting and manage land registration document from the farmers which apply for loan program.

2. Compile and record farmer’s land registration documents for complete registration.

3. Design and promote land Titling registration workflow for selected farmers.

4. Administer farmer’s land registration document to register at village office to land authority entity.

5. Monitoring the offline land registration progress for SKT in Village office and SKPT in Sub-disctrict office.

6. Documenting the approve each type of land certificate in database.

7. Performing any additional tasks identified and within the scope of activities of the oil palm team (inconsultation with Manager)

Deliverables

1. Ensure the land Titling registration is following the standard and procedure of Indonesian Government

Policy on land property access for citizen farmers.

2. Supporting the registration of land title certificates for farmers who do not yet have land title

certificates at the on boarding and land survey stages.

3. Prepare land certificate registration documents with surveyors for complete registration

4. Monitoring on the implementation of approve replanting design based on replating workflow

5. Weekly update on progress land Titling registration

6. Monthly report on land title registration
