They are currently looking for a Community Organisation Development Manager to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As the Community Organisation Development Manager, you will strengthen and develop our client’s influence and impact locally, regionally and across England.
Engaging with members across the region, you’ll lead a team to enhance their membership offer and drive the development of services that are informed by members’ needs.
Supporting business development and income generation, you’ll create a pipeline of consultancy and trading opportunities, promoting their business offer and enabling them to achieve targets.
Additionally, you will:

• Support financial risk processes
• Develop external relationships, partnerships and alliances
• Manage tenders for contracts and funding bids
• Lead a service delivery and consultancy team

About You
To be considered as a Community Organisation Development Manager, you will need:

• A track record of successful business development and delivery
• Experience of winning contracts and funding bids
• Experience of building effective delivery partnerships
• The ability to inspire and motivate people
• Experience of designing and delivering consultancy services
• An in-depth understanding of community enterprise, asset development and contracting, localism and related fields
• Proficiency in the use of modern business technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
