Talent And Organisation Development Manager Jobs

Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization.

Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.

Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training and development needs based on individual, team, and organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Coordinate With Other Departmental Managers To Forecast Future Recruiting Needs

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Databases

Experience with interviews (phone and face-to-face), Screening, and Evaluation of Candidates

Good negotiation and presentation skills

Supervise Team Recruitment And Its Performance

Track Hiring Metrics (e.g. Time To Hire {Time To Hire} And Cost Per Hire {Cost Per Hire})

• Effective organization and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks require

• Manage relations with key universities

• Previous professional services experience preferred

• Highly developed facilitation skills

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Facilitate orientation to new hires

At least 1-2 years of experience in talent management, succession planning, or any HC related functions

Work closely with top management to conduct talent calibration sessions to identify high potential employees

Create data visualizations using Google Looker Studio to present data to management and support decision-making processes

Collaborate with HC business partners to provide support in areas of talent management and succession planning

Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

8+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition, broad experience in Talent Management is preferred

Experience of designing and delivering consultancy services

Experience of winning contracts and funding bids

Experience of building effective delivery partnerships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary of £44,371 rising to £48,253 per annum
