We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Capital Talent and Succession Development Staff. As a key member of our Human Capital team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of succession benchstrength, maintaining a complete employee career journey & development database, presenting data in talent calibration sessions with top management, and executing several HC projects such as training academy program, LMS implementation, employee surveys, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Work closely with top management to conduct talent calibration sessions to identify high potential employees
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization
- Collaborate with HC business partners to provide support in areas of talent management and succession planning
- Implement programs to ensure the availability of succession bench strength for key positions
- Manage the execution of EVP and 360 surveys to collect feedback from employees and analyze the results to provide recommendations for improvement
- Create data visualizations using Google Looker Studio to present data to management and support decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Proactive, creative, and doesn't shy away from challenges
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in creating data visualizations using Google Looker Studio
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in talent management, succession planning, or any HC related functions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
