We are looking for a Talent & Development Staff to join our team, and contribute to the creation of organizational objectives, regularly review and assess ongoing performance management processes to evaluate whether they support employee performance and contribute to Alterstay's overarching business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary
- Act as a liaison between the People and Culture department and the rest of the companies for new initiatives and projects.
- Gather and assess business intelligence and the necessary data to assess employee performance and identify individual and departmental workplace issues and development barriers
- Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly
- Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding
- Identify overarching company performance and development goals
- Ad-hoc tasks such as conflict resolution and implementation or operational efficiency enhancement
- Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures
- Provide The Company Leaders with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals
- Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives
Requirements:
- Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
- Candidate must be bilingual in Bahasa and English
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a similar major
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience in Performance Management or in a similar position
