As the HR Administrator & Talent Development Coordinator, you will create and implement talent learning and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives and foster an agile, learning-focused work environment. This includes designing and delivering leadership development, onboarding, and career development programs through various methods such as presentations, e-learning, and interactive sessions. Your work will be under the guidance of the Chief Rockstar. As the coordinator of our talent management system (TMS), you are responsible for ensuring its smooth operation. This includes providing expert support to users, performing regular maintenance, and keeping the system up-to-date with the latest features and functionality. The primary purpose is to elevate the organization to the next level. This is accomplished through steering the talent pool in the right direction. You make sure that each talent receives individual attention. Consequently, each individual is able to contribute his or her finest efforts to the resort's growth and development.
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in human resources management
- 1-2 years in developing, implementing, and delivering formal training programs
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, possesses a strong work ethic, and has the ability to establish positive relationships with colleagues across all departments
- Knowledge of Balinese culture is an asset
- Excellent time and workload management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
