• Gather and provide supporting information of the attrition rate for management to determine the way to retain high potential employees.
• Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.
• Solve problems within scope of responsibility.
• Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.
• Set guideline for recruiting the right persons for various departments.

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 of any discipline
• University Degree in HR, Business Management, Economics or related fields.
• A good team player
• Ability to set strategy and plan
• Good Command of Spoken and Written English
• High energetic person
• At least 3 years+ of experiences in Recruitment or HR related fields.
