Job Description
Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement hiring strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Ensure that teams consist of diverse and qualified individuals.
  • Coordinate effectively with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Engineering.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques (e.g., Behavioral Interview) and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and other professional networks in Talent Solutions.

  • Quick learner, good analytical skills, and complex problem-solving ability.
  • Team player with solid communication, negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and reliable, able to work independently.
  • Quick to adapt to new environments and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willing to be placed in Batam.
