Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

Coordinate effectively with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques (e.g., Behavioral Interview) and evaluation methods.

Team player with solid communication, negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills.

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role at least 2 years

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Full cycle end-to-end recruitment, include sourcing, interviewing, offer formulation, provide high quality candidates and inform advices to Hiring Managers.

Build strong partnerships with candidates and Hiring Managers in order to drive an efficient process for providing the best candidate experience.

Support and strengthen interview capabilities among our developing managers and interviewers.

Previous experience working in a startup environment, finance, payments industry is advantageous, but not required.

Strong recruitment experience, whether in-house or agency,

Deep/extensive experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Jobstreet, Glassdoor, TechInAsia, Indeed, or other innovative methods.

Gather and provide supporting information of the attrition rate for management to determine the way to retain high potential employees.

University Degree in HR, Business Management, Economics or related fields.

Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.

At least 3 years+ of experiences in Recruitment or HR related fields.

Set guideline for recruiting the right persons for various departments.

Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.

Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines - time management

2+ years of work experience in Sales, Hotel Operations, Human Resources, or related fields

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Organizational skills and eye for detail

Offer guidance on Placement International’s exciting programs

Be a bachelor’s graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields

Build and actively manage the stakeholder network to analyze business requirements and align and report on service performance;

Guide Line Management with the recruitment process;

Any other operational task as per the requirement;

Experience with recruiting in the Technical Consultancy domain;

Solid experience and proven track record in recruitment delivery;

Build and actively manage the stakeholder network to analyze business requirements and align and report on service performance;

Any other operational task as per the requirement;

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Experience with recruiting in the Technical Consultancy domain;
