Being the implementer of the recruitment strategy

Processing data that required for operational work

Great on screening and sourcing candidates

Familiar to analyze data with Ms. Office & Google Workspace

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

Minimum 2 years of working experience as Recruiter preferable hospital & medic industry/headhunter/fast paced company

End to end recruitment process (screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, conducting Psychological test * background check, etc)

Maintain hiring tracker data & preparing onboarding process.

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Minimum S1 from Any Major

1+ years of experience in Performance Management or in a similar position

Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a similar major

Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels

Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics

Strong quantitative and analytical competency with excellent problem-solving abilities.

5. Assist in performance management processes

2. Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment including recruitment tools, organization development etc.)

3. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
