Job Description

Task and Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment process (screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, conducting Psychological test * background check, etc)
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Maintain hiring tracker data & preparing onboarding process.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved


Requirements

  • Highly motivated person, fast & dynamic
  • Willing to work in contract based
  • Minimum S1 from Any Major
  • Pleasant personality, detail oriented and analytical thinking
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Recruiter preferable hospital & medic industry/headhunter/fast paced company
  • Willing to fully WFO in Menteng, Central Jakarta
