2+ years’ experience working with automation technologies like UIPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.

Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a similar major

Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels

Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics

Strong quantitative and analytical competency with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Facilitating briefing or learning session on performance management program

Data management & approval processes

Coordinate with Career Counselors and Managers to enable the implementation of performance improvement plans

Has experience min. 4-6 years in the same field

Strong Microsoft Excel (proven experiences managing lots of data in Excel)
