About The Role
Overall, in the first six months, the person in this role will face challenges related to understanding company processes and identifying automation opportunities. However, their impact will be significant in terms of increased efficiency, cost savings, accuracy, compliance, scalability, and the ability to focus on strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement through process alignment, streamlining, re-engineering, and automation to make the process more efficient and achieve accuracy and compliance
• Drive the standardization of processes to achieve accuracy, greater efficiency, effectiveness, and control and maintain documentation of process flow/narratives
• Recommend end-to-end solutions and subsequently work to execute and monitor project deliverables
• Critical project review with all internal stakeholders with regards to the needs, possible options, pros and cons, project risk, UAT plan, and timeline
• Call out risks and issues appropriately and proactively to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery as agreed
• Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation
• Provide ad-hoc assistance for any reports required by the internal stakeholders
• Assist with all the equity relevant reporting to ensure global equity compliance

What You Will Need

• Experiance with RPA, visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, UI Path, Workato, Tableau), international equity administration and its management system/platform
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, team building and communication skills
• Motivated self-starter, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and achieve greater efficiency.
• Ability to review processes and identify areas for improvement/automation
• Critical thinker with an innovative and growth mindset.
• Experience on projects for process improvements and system implementations
• Ability to work cross-functional team project, work fast in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
