As a talent & development coach, you will lead the talent management process at this resort in Ubud. This includes acquiring talent, keeping them, and developing them to their full potential. The main objective of a talent coach is to take the organization to the next level by directing the talent pool in the right direction. You will lead training and development initiatives with the goal of enhancing employees' skills and the company's bottom line. You will conduct a needs assessment or a performance evaluation of educational programs.

You must have proven experience creating programs and talent and people development strategies. Your critical thinking, and exceptional training facilitation skills, will set you up for success in this exciting opportunity. You will lead, inspire, and foster an agile, learning-focused work environment.

• 3+ years experience in talent development, learning, and development, or a related field
• Excellent command of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and the English language.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
