Responsibility

1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
4. Managing recruitment administration and performing research analysis.
5. Collaborating with the relevant PICto achieve the MPP targets at Vascomm
