Job Description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Menyusun, mengontrol dan memonitor sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi melalui HRIS sehingga seluruh sistem dan tools tersebut dapat dipergunakan dengan
  • Melakukan audit atas implementasi prosedur rekrutmen & seleksi
  • Mengontrol dan memonitor implementasi strategi pemenuhan tenaga kerja dari eksternal
  • Melakukan monitoring dan mengontrol proses seleksi dan rekrutmen agar sesuai kebutuhan dan memastikan proses dan prosedur berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.
  • Membuat perencanaan dan implementasi program employer branding.
  • Melakukan implementasi dan monitoring end to end process pemenuhan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan SLA Recruitment & Selection
  • Menyusun strategi sourcing dan pemenuhan tenaga kerja dari eksternal
  • Efektif dan efisien
  • Melakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan prosedur rekrutmen & seleksi (end to end process) untuk karyawan baru


Qualification :

  • At least 5 years experience of strategic exposure in talent acquisition at various leader levels and functions
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid experience working in a dynamic, agile and fast-paced culture
  • At least 5 years experience in managing, leading and directing recruitment team to support various recruitment needs
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking to translate and execute business requirements into talent strategy
  • Homebase : Surabaya (Head Office)
  • Experience as an external recruiter combined with internal talent acquisition, through a data-driven sourcing process
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
