Job Description

THIS POSITION IS FOR ONE OF ORBIT JOBS CLIENTS

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Lead

:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Developing hiring strategies, interview assessment and procedures.
  • Preparing plan for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company's strategic planning.
  • Fostering good relationships with potential candidates, onboarding employee and past applicants.


Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferred fintech industry).
  • A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed.
  • Highly adaptable and personally organized.
  • Able to work independently, target / goals orientation.
  • Placement at Sidoarjo, East Java.
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
  • Open to new challenge.
