Support the design of the training plan, training execution, and training evaluation management system with the L&D team

Provide learning program reporting and management data

Design the objectives, requirements, syllabus, and communication strategy of the learning program

Participate in departmental/section training level meetings to ensure all program requirements are captured, accommodated, and prepared

Develop learning materials (such as modules, handbooks, presentations, and videos)

Deliver or facilitate the implementation of impactful and engaging learning programs

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major, preferably from Psychology / Communication / Human Resources Management

Experienced in creating TNA, training modules, delivering soft skill training and hardskill training, perform pre-post test and training reports.

Execute Training Need Analysis (TNA) in every department training needs to improve employee capabilities in order to support company's goal.

Min. 5 years related experience in People Development at life insurance industry

Possess strong knowledge in People Development is mandatory.

Build annual and monthly training program and prepare training plan.

Identify training needs by working closely with various departments, managers, and employees to understand skill gaps and performance issues.

Incorporate e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other technology tools to enhance training delivery and accessibility.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms, authoring tools, learning management systems, and other technology used in training delivery.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR professionals, and managers to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.

Previous experience in training, instructional design, or related roles is typically required

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Developing a curriculum that aligns with the requirements of the Pra kerja training program.

Good understanding of the Indonesian language and excellent writing skills.

Work closely with top management to conduct talent calibration sessions to identify high potential employees

Create data visualizations using Google Looker Studio to present data to management and support decision-making processes

Collaborate with HC business partners to provide support in areas of talent management and succession planning

Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Facilitating respective functions to identify critical capabilities and develop a capability building strategy to address gaps

Co-building the strategic direction on talent, learning, succession, and leadership development across the organization

Ensuring strong partnership relationships with the Global team, Collective Leaders, and best practice providers

Ensuring quality and value for money in all initiatives.

Optimization of Learning Management System.

High-level written and verbal communication skills

Collaborate closely with business leaders (production) to identify training needs at the corporate level

Develop learning program to improve employee productivity.

Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of the learning program.

Develop and facilitate relevant in-house training session / program.
