• Provide learning program reporting and management data
• Support the design of the training plan, training execution, and training evaluation management system with the L&D team
• Initiate engagement or partnerships with the subject matter expert to develop a plan, learning content, learning assessment instruments, learning support tools, and learning delivery to support employee development needs
• Design the objectives, requirements, syllabus, and communication strategy of the learning program
• Deliver or facilitate the implementation of impactful and engaging learning programs
• Participate in departmental/section training level meetings to ensure all program requirements are captured, accommodated, and prepared
• Develop learning materials (such as modules, handbooks, presentations, and videos)
• Facilitate interactive programs by leading group discussions, activities, and exercises that encourage learning and engagement
• Work together with other departments or respective subject matter experts to develop process and tool designs and their application
• Analyze and propose the budget needed for learning and development program activities
• Provide coordinate with trainers and assessors
