Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the growth and professional development of our organization's employees. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and deliver various learning and training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of our workforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR professionals, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions that align with the organization's objectives. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the company.


Responsibilities:

•Training Program Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, identify skill gaps, and create effective training programs and materials.

•Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and

learning experiences using a variety of methodologies, such as classroom training, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations.

•Training Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on training metrics, such as completion rates, learning effectiveness, training evaluations and ROI, to measure the impact of training initiatives on organizational performance.

•Employee Onboarding: Develop and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new employees receive comprehensive training that helps them integrate seamlessly into the organization and their roles.

•Performance Management: Design and implement effective performance appraisal programs to evaluate employee’s productivity.

•Performance Improvement: Develop training interventions to address performance issues and support employees in achieving their goals and objectives.

•Employee Career Development: Collaborate with managers and other team members to

create personalized development plans for employees to support their career growth within the organization.

•Organizational Development: Conduct job evaluations, workload analysis and gather

feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of the organization and make necessary adjustments.

•Employee Engagement Initiatives: Implement various strategies, organize and execute internal events/programs to boost employee engagement


Requirement:

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

•At least 2 years of experience in designing, facilitating and delivering training programs.

•Good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

•Good understanding of organizational development.

•Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).

•Good presentation and communication skills.

•Strong organizational and project management skills.

•Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and subject matter experts.

•Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform training decisions.

•A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.

•Willing to be located in Bandung.
