Job Description

NoLimit adalah perusahaan teknologi yang fokus pada Online Media Monitoring dan Big Data Solution. Kami mengundang profesional muda dan bersemangat untuk mengisi posisi sebagai People & Learning Development.

Tanggung Jawab :

  • Mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas modul pelatihan secara periodik
  • Menyampaikan dan memfasilitasi training melalui metode online maupun offline training
  • Mengembangkan materi pelatihan baru sesuai target yang ditetapkan
  • Mengkoordinir dan melaporkan pelaksanaan training
  • Menyusun kurikulum, silabus dan modul pelatihan serta alat evaluasi pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan yang ditetapkan perusahaan


Kualifikasi :

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang pendidikan atau Trainer
  • Memiliki inisiatif dan kreatifitas yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim
  • Mampu melakukan TNA (Training Need Analysis) dan menyusun materi/program people development sesuai kebutuhan
  • Kemampuan bahasa Inggris minimal pasif
  • Pendidikan Minimum S1 Teknologi Pendidikan atau setara, IPK min. 3.00
  • Berpengalaman di industri IT merupakan nilai plus
  • Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab dan interpersonal skill yang baik
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang baik
