What You Will Need:


  • Ability to do internship in minimum 6 or 12 months
  • Problem solving ability to help clients from various industries
  • Interest in Learning & Development and People Development
  • Proven history of leadership in various student organizations
  • Basic to intermediate skills of operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to join immediately and do WFO policy
  • Interest in marketing in general
  • Graduated from reputable universities with Management, Psychology, Economic, Industrial Engineering, Communication or International Relation major


What You Will Do:


  • Provide ideas and speak actively to internal (team) or external (clients)
  • Recognize and act on opportunities that exist and ability to solve current problems independently, in teams, or interacting with external parties
  • Involve in end-to-end people learning and development process from training needs analysis, proposal development, module development, assessment tools development, and report generation
  • Making changes in own work system or methods to improve work output quality to meet high standards
  • Engage with clients while understanding and responding to their inquiries and needs
  • Build knowledge management by collecting data from various sources such as books, websites, or research results
  • Work with multiple teams in various people learning and development projects while reporting to team members and collaborating with account executives daily
  • Improve frameworks, illustrations, and tools on training materials with regular market updates and conceptual thinking
  • Use analytical skills and in-depth understanding of data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to help with client issues
