Job Description
:


Learning & Development Manager responsibilities include:

  • Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
  • Organize hiring and training activities
  • Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
  • Review individual and organizational development needs


Requirements :


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any fields from a reputable University
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Have a passion in teaching
  • Tech-savvy person
  • At least 2 years experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel, Food & Beverage company, or related
  • Good communication and presentation skills
