Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Full responsibility for the employee recruitment process within the company. This process starts with sourcing (searching for candidates), screening (selecting candidates), interviewing, and onboarding new employees until the exit interview
  2. Carry out coaching training and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mentality, skills, and knowledge of employees
  3. Managing and developing human resources (HR) within the company, including the process of planning implementing, and supervising human resources as well as developing the quality of human resources within the company
  4. Performance management
  5. Learning & Development
  6. Organization & Culture Development


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Proven minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and Learning Development
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
  4. Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs.
  5. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training administration tools.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  9. Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  10. Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
