Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training and development needs based on individual, team, and organizational goals.
• Gather feedback from employees, managers, and key stakeholders to inform the development of targeted training solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning resources that align with business objectives and promote employee skill enhancement.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• 3 years of experience in training and development, learning and development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
