Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment team and ensure all team members properly guided and developed.
  • Responsible to monitor recruitment process & strategy to fulfill manpower needs in order to achieve company's objectives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are well planned, and executed based on SLA.


Requirements:

  • Have a strong database & networking
  • 10-15 years of working experiences in the related fields
  • Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university
  • Experience handling recruitment for property industry is a must\
  • Strong communication and leadership skill
  • Work Location in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
