We are Hiring Talent Journey & Experience manager for our portfolio company based in Tangerang, Indonesia. Company is a mix of business enthusiasts, scientists, communicators, designers, productive mothers and many more who are unified and unduly spirited to work towards one big vision and goal. As a leading social commerce platform, they are aimed to solve economic distribution in equality across rural areas by building agent networks and hyperlocal supply-chains to make goods more affordable. Responsibilities:
Culture and Engagement
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives as part of the company’s goal to create application as a place where its valued, recognized and appreciated.
- Conceptualize culture and values based on employees’ personas, and further propagate and internalize the company's culture and values.
- Design, build and execute a portfolio of people experience activities (engagement, employee story, etc.)
- Interlink company’s overarching strategies (short to long-term), activities with our culture and value.
- Conduct opinion survey as a part of employee health check analysis while gauging culture adoption.
Employer Branding and Communication
- Conduct internal and external research to learn/understand how the company is perceived and positioned by stakeholders, focus groups, or various sources.
- Establish Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in alignment with Application culture and values, thus translating the said EVP into Employer Branding strategy and offerings peculiar to Application.
- Create powerful and creative ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns derived from our EVP to build a sense of pride for our internal employees while attracting talents to the organization.
- Define, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding guideline across the company.
- Develop content planning and create communication campaigns consistent with recruitment strategy through social media, events and other channels.
- Actively build network ubiquitously among relevant professional communities and universities, as well as organize offline talks and events along with relevant stakeholders from the business-side to enhance presence in the community.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques and strong understanding of employer branding strategies to be able to establish the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
- Creative, well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based recruiting campaigns under short deadlines.
- Fluent in English communication (verbal & written expression), comfortable in managing various nuances of challenges in building up standards and practices from scratch, with passion towards start-up environment.
- Experience in managing website content and working with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in the field, creating strategy and hands-on execution of a range of culture campaigns including content creation, creative, and branding.
