Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing, candidate identification, and recruitment purposes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Prior experience or coursework in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus

Sourcing candidates through various channels

Conduct and do administrative psychological test or interview process

Manage and update employee data with strict confidentiality.

Develop and implement employee experience initiatives and programs that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
