At PT. Procon Indo Sekata, we are currently seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment process and the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by doing research on employment laws, regulations, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
• Manage and update employee data with strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
• Assist with applicant tracking and database management.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings.
• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews.

Requirements:

• Final year or fresh graduate in a relevant field of study (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.).
• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing, candidate identification, and recruitment purposes.
• Prior experience or coursework in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English both written and oral is a Must.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
