End to end recruitment (Job posting, Screening, Quick Call, Setting jadwal interview, On boarding)

Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing, candidate identification, and recruitment purposes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Prior experience or coursework in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus

Sourcing candidates through various channels

Conduct and do administrative psychological test or interview process

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir/freshgraduate pada jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen, atau jurusan lain yang relevan

Berkomitmen magang selama 3 bulan

Bersedia WFO di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Melakukan proses rekrutmen bertahap meliputi screening hingga interview untuk posisi yang dibutuhkan perusahaan

Memanfaatkan media sosial pribadi untuk menyebarkan informasi mengenai lowongan yang tersedia

2. Experience in sorting profiles and interviews.

1. University students who studying at least 6 semesters from any major or fresh graduates.

3. Familiarity in job portal is a plus.

1. Responsible on doing end-to-end recruitment process.

2. Cleaning out and sorting candidates from job portal.

4. Make a weekly status report on all recruitment activities to TA Specialist.

Assist with applicant tracking and database management.

Manage and update employee data with strict confidentiality.

Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing, candidate identification, and recruitment purposes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Prior experience or coursework in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Business/Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or any commercial related qualification.

5-8 years of experience in telco industry, with at least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing / Channel Management

Support Line Manager or SVP Head, to supervise and evaluates trade acquisition program, and other sales/channel initiatives.

Execute and achieve functional goals given by VP Head or manager., work co-operatively & support other Acquisition team members.

Working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marcomm, Legal, Finance/Tax, Sourcing, Regional team and other related functions) to deliver strategic programs or priorities.

Extensive knowledge on retail market, trade marketing, sales & distribution

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management. MBA Optional
