The Opportunity:We are looking for a dynamicintern to join our Growth team.You will work in a very dynamicteam of creative andclient-focused profesionals and you will have the chance togain insight into, knowledge of, and hands-on experience in the recruitment segment.You will be part of every aspect of our recruitment operations from start to finish.

IMPORTANT NOTE:This is a non-paid internshipwith apart-timeschedule (20 hours per week). The initial term for this internship is3months (expected start date in June or July at the latest), however, based on interns' results and Livit'sinternal workloadwe are open to exploring potential employment following the internship. Lastly, we are open to candidates across Indonesia and with that to different setups as well: fully remote, hybrid remote or office-based (for candidates based in Bali).
Responsibilities :- Assisting our recruiterswith administration tasks
- Placing job postings on all relevant social mediaplatforms and job boards
- Taking part in orleadinginterviews
- Acting as the POC (point of contact)for the designated candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Managing candidates in our ATS (application tracking system)
- Supportingall relevant talent outreach campaigns
- You have a "Hands-on" and "Can-do" mindset.
- You have good computer skills (ideally familiar with GSuite, Slack, Asana and any ATS) or at leastopenness to learning and using new online tools.
- You are eager and open tolearning and applying your new knowledge in practice.
- You are a highlyorganized individual with a keen eye for detail.
- You have a genuine interest in Recruitment and/or Human Resources.
- You are proficient in English and have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- You poses impeccable work ethics and quality standards.
- Chance tolearnhow to dorecruitment in a very hands-on and practice-driven setup.
