Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential KOLs in various industries and niches, considering factors such as relevance, reach, engagement, and alignment with brand values.
  • Coordinate and manage KOL campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, continuously seeking new opportunities to drive impactful collaborations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with KOLs, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging and authentic content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze KOL performance, engagement, and campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy to enhance brand visibility, reach, and engagement across relevant digital and social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with KOLs, with a strong portfolio of past collaborations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in influencer marketing are a plus.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in influencer marketing, KOL management, or a related role, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to influencer marketing and advertising, ensuring compliance in all KOL partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and social media platforms with a strong understanding of trends and best practices.
