Talent Acquistion Manager Jobs

Coordinate and manage KOL campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with KOLs, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in influencer marketing are a plus.

In-depth knowledge of digital and social media platforms with a strong understanding of trends and best practices.

Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to influencer marketing and advertising, ensuring compliance in all KOL partnerships.

Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy to enhance brand visibility, reach, and engagement across relevant digital and social media platforms.

Handle any challenges or issues that may arise in the course of talent management.

Proven experience as a Talent Manager or

Provide guidance and support to talents in areas such as career planning, personal branding, and skill development.

Manage talent schedules, bookings, and engagements.

At least 2 years experience in a similar role within the industry (entertainment or esports) within the creative or digital industry.

Prior experience in managing digital campaigns, talent managing, branding, and creative projects is valuable.

Have experience at least 2 years in talent management, agency or gaming industry

Strong negotiation, scheduling and communication skills

Bachelor Degree S1 Major in Communication or Public Relation

Creative and aware about social media

Fluent English and good attitude

Coordinates closely with hiring teams and Recruiting Coordinators to shepherd candidates through the process
