Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits, employee handbooks, and benefit information.
• Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documents are completed.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
