Job Description

:

  • Contribute in employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage the hiring process, this involves coordinating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Actively building talent pool that is relevant to the organization.
  • Doing market research and trends in order to map out potential talent pool.
  • Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position within the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate candidates, this involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and administering skills and aptitude tests.
  • Multifaceted in optimizing and working with multiple sourcing tools and medias.
  • Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies, This involves identifying the most effective recruitment channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, and creating job postings that attract the right candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Familiar with psychological test and its implementation
  • Familiar with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang
  • Strong understanding of talent sourcing channels, techniques and technologies
  • Proven experience in handling recruitment end to end process (hiring, offering and on boarding)
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and recruitment best practices
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Spreaadsheet, Google Docs, etc
  • Proficient in english
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a FMCG company
  • Proven experience in manage MPP and its implementation
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree Psychology/Human Resource Management or relevant field
