- Develop and implement recruiting strategies, This involves identifying the most effective recruitment channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, and creating job postings that attract the right candidates.
- Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position within the organization
- Identify and evaluate candidates, this involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and administering skills and aptitude tests
- Manage the hiring process, this involves coordinating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs
- Actively building talent pool that is relevant to the organization
- Multifaceted in optimizing and working with multiple sourcing tools and medias
- Doing market research and trends in order to map out potential talent pool
- Contribute in employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Psychology/Human Resource Management or relevant field
- Min. 3 years of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a FMCG company
- Proven experience in handling recruitment end to end process (hiring, offering and on boarding)
- Proficient in englsh
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing channels, techniques and technologies.
- Familiar with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and recruitment best practices
- Familiar with psychological test and its implementation
- Proven experience in manage MPP and its implementation
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Spreaadsheet, Google Docs, etc.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
