As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a highly personable, results-focused self-starter that will execute our Corporate Talent Acquisition strategy and own our candidate engagement process. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions, you will own the entire sourcing and external pipelining process, ensuring that our organization’s talent pool grows in quantity and quality over time.
Your Responsibilities:
· Online channel talent pipelining and talent engagement, ensuring that candidate experience is consumer grade
· End to end coordination and management of online/offline recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitments, and open days
· Execution of internal recruitment process to ensure process compliance while keeping an eye out for ways to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
· Conduct market research into competitor offering
To be successful in this role, you need to:
· Have minimum 5 years working experience with at least 2 years of recruiting experience either as in-house recruiter or headhunter
· Be professionally fluent in English, can speak Chinese is a plus;
· Have deep experience with end-to-end recruitment process, including demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, cold calling and pipelining
· Demonstrate proven skills in relationship building; relationship management; and customer service – with the ability to work well independently and collaboratively
· Demonstrate confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with school leaders/partners with a proven ability to influence stakeholders to drive organizational targets and results
· Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
