Job Description

Hi SPEcial People!

We're looking for Tech Talent Acquisition (Freelance)/ Tech Recruitment (Freelance)


Responsibility :

  • Responsible to assist MPP fulfillments.
  • Intensively sourcing candidates from social media platform and any other possible channels
  • Handling end-to-end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview, and conducting any related tests.
  • Perform pre-screening calls and interview to analyze applicants’ abilities

Qualification :

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skill
  • Experience in IT recruitment and familiar with technical term is a plus
  • Able to work under targets and meet the deadlines
  • Experiencer in IT Headhunter is a plus
  • Target oriented
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a recruiter, either in-house or as an external recruiter
