As Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible to:

• Develop talent acquisition dashboard
• Contribute to employer branding strategy and company culture activity.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activity from the sourcing until onboarding.
• Responsible for talent pipeline activity such as internship program, management trainee, etc.

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Work location: Karawaci, Tangerang
• Proactive, High initiative, and high self-motivation
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setting
• Age 24 - 28 years old
• Creative and eager to learn new things
• At least 2 Years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good analytical thinking
