Customer Engagement Manager Jobs

Job Summary
This role will be responsible for communications and campaigns to existing customers.
Job Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in communications discipline and 3 - 5 years experience in marketing or communications area
Preferred:

• An excellent communicator
• Familiar with CRM or customer management platforms and comfortable with the use of marketing technology

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Create and implement new standards for renewal communications which lead to greater customer retention
• Utilize input from data analytics segmentation to ensure relevant and motivating customer communications
• Communicate benefits to customers to increase engagement and satisfaction with Zurich
• Create and maintain relationships between Zurich and its P&C customers
• Responsible for communications and campaigns to existing customers
• Work with the Customer Knowledge and Experience team to ensure clear customer journey and engagement path
