About The Job

Become partner on Supply Chain improvement to the assigned distributors and relevant Sales & Distribution team of Aqua.

Lead collaboration on the development and implementation of supply planning, transport management, warehouse and service level improvements at distributors.

• Proactively provide supports to overcome issues faced by team members/stake holders regarding transportation.
• Lead project team assigned to develop new transportation model of distributors (single point of sourcing/shuttle), all depots according to the predefined road map.
• Ensure attainment of project KPIs and availability of relevant resources from relevant parties (warehouse, transport scheduling, driver management, logistics at plants).
• Develop New Transportation Model of Distributor
• Lead regular project review meetings at distributor operation level or with steering committee members. Alert project steering committee and N+1 for issues/risks to anticipate or overcome.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders for transportation projects, design and implement collaboration package to ensure stakeholders are at all time aligned.

B. Single point of contact to distributor for Supply Chain initiatives

i. Validate relevance and requirements of supply chain initiatives in line with Aqua and distributor business contexts.

ii. Lead communication of supply chain initiatives to distributor and involved Sales team to collect their buy-ins. Lead subsequent implementation of the initiatives.

iii. Proactively identify and communicate (or escalate) constraints/issues and also lead alignment of cross-functional team members for defining potential solutions.

c. Drive Cross-functional Effectiveness

i. Build and enforce effective cross-functional coordination within internal Supply Chain team as well as with external organizations (within Aqua and distributors) related with supply chain improvement initiatives for Aqua distributor.

ii. Anticipate conflicts, effectively communicate issues and resolve misinterpretation/frictions. Alert project steering committee or relevant people for identified bottlenecks.

D. Data Management & Reporting

i. At all time ensure project KPIs and performance/achievement are made visible to steering committee and project stakeholders.

ii. At all time ensure quality and reliability of information/reports shared with all project stakeholders.

E. Learning and Development

Develop self competencies in order to achieve the best performance to support the organization’s objectives.

F. SHE Implementation

Monitor the implementation of SHE policies, procedures, and programs in order to avoid working accidents within his/her area of responsibility.

About You

Bachelor’s degree from any major, preferably Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably from FMCG industry
