Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and overseeing the Information Security department policies, standards and practices implemented across the CIMB Niaga. Defines Information Security risk framework methodologies and processes. Collaborates extensively with the Information Technology leaders and other related functions to ensure implementation of standards for appropriate security checkpoints and encryption methods. Cyber Security Governance Specialist play an integral role in the awareness, adoption and continuous commitment to CIMBNiaga’s cybersecurity controls and domains. This Cyber Security Governance position within the CIMB Niaga Cyber Security organization of OIT Directorate will apply the confirmed Cyber Security Governance engagement model to support numerous business units throughout the enterprise.

• Implements policies and procedures.
• Manages and supervises third parties (contractors, consultants etc.) and performs various tasks for Company hosted and web-enabled solutions.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Develops comprehensive project plans and participates in critical Information Technology planning initiatives to ensure adequate security protection measures are incorporated into IT strategic plans.
• Operate on zero trust principles across the enterprise to protect all CIMB Niaga assets.
• Receives input from various divisions regarding Information Security policies, guidelines, strategic goals, risks and risk tolerance thresholds and communicates information to Information Security team.
• Coordinate and host frequent security awareness meetings with assigned business unit.
• Enable the business to build security into their products and services.
• Partner with assigned business units to assess their current business practices and relationships via a risk-based approach.
• Provide transparency and education into tactical and strategic priorities and emerging cyber threat.
• Assumes project management responsibilities (e.g. risk assessments and remediation activities, awareness and training program rollouts) as needed, to implement initiatives.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science

Relevant Work Experience:

- Experiences in Banking Industry and Cyber Security Governance

- Well understand on NIST CSF

- Well understand on ISO 27K1
