PROJECT BASED VACANCY

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the process for handling security incidents related to the end user’s infrastructure systems.
• Creating event/incident resolution reports providing the actions taken based on pre-defined SLA and OLA due to the SOC operation.
• Producing change requests regarding information security systems, if necessary, regarding events/incidents that happened.
• Monitoring, collecting, and responding to suspicious, inappropriate, and unauthorized activities related to the end user’s infrastructure systems and data.
• Providing correlation of threat data information about the current state of the end user’s IT security defenses to come up with a real assessment of risks to the end user (Threat Intelligence Reporting)
• Managing Vulnerability Monitoring and Security Monitoring.

Qualifications

• Threat Hunting, Palo Alto, WAF, F5, Anti DDos, F5, VA knowledge
• Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues
• SLA basis.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, and related major.
• Have the ability to communicate and adapt to new people.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and Linux)
• SOC Experiences is allowed to apply
• Project basis.
• Willing to work in 24x7 (Shifting)
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
• IT Security certification would be an advantage.
