Cyber Security Product Specialist

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in the related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of cyber security concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
• Proven experience in a technical or product-focused role within the cyber security industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable inputs to the product development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and communicate customer requirements for future product enhancements and updates.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, including conducting product demonstrations, delivering presentations, and addressing technical questions or concerns raised by potential customers. Assist in creating sales collateral, such as product datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of rival products and position the organization's offerings effectively. Stay informed about market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by actively participating in industry conferences, seminars, and online forums. Publish thought leadership articles and contribute to the organization's blog and social media channels.
• Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's cyber security products and services, including their features, functionalities, and technical specifications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in the cyber security landscape.
• Product Implementation: Collaborate with the implementation and technical support teams to ensure smooth product deployment and integration for customers. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on product configuration and customization.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to understand their cyber security needs and provide recommendations on the organization's products and services that align with their requirements. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate customers on product usage, best practices, and security protocols.
